Hi,
I use gmail, and I want to download a mail client.
Does anyone have thoughts on thunderbird? I've been having so many issues with the new firefox that I hesitate to download thunderbird.
Can anybody recomend a good client?
btw, windows live mail pisses me off and I won't use it. My version of ms office didn't come with outlook, so blah.
This isn't urgent, I'm just bored and wanting to set up a new client, as the gmail web interface is getting tiresome.

thunderbird is awsome. :).

it's the main one i use for my emails now- the layout's not like firefox at all, it's more just like an email layout. you've got the list of folders- inbox, drafts, sent, etc.. then when you reach what you want you press tab on the folder you want, and then you get the message list. then you just press enter on the first message, and you're set.

then you just press the delete key on the messages to get to the other ones (or at least that's what i do)

you can also scroll down the list of messages and remove them that way

if you really don't want to use it though, you could always use windows live mail- that's what i used before.
